Following a critically acclaimed concert season in London's West End, Caroline will present her new cabaret show A Musical Life to Sydney audiences at next years Twilight at Taronga summerconcert series.
A Musical Life will treat audiences to some of Caroline's favourite songs and stories from her international career on stage and screen.
Caroline will play two shows at Taronga Zoo on February 11 & 12, 2011.
Caroline is set to reprise her multi award-winning one woman play Bombshells next month at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater in the USA.
In two hours on stage, Caroline plays six women on the brink - a frazzled mother, a nervous bride-to-be, a lonely widow, a timid Cactophile, a teenage talent show contestant and an aging diva.
Written especially for her by Joanna Murray-Smith, Caroline's production has wowed audiences in Sydney (Helpmann Award), Melbourne (Green Room Award), London (Laurence Olivier Award nominee), Edinburgh (Fringe First Award) and Toronto.
Bombshells will play a four-week season at the Quadracci Powerhouse from November 22.
Caroline is set to return to the West End with her new one-woman show The Showgirl Within at London's Garrick Theatre in September.
The Showgirl Within celebrates Caroline's years of stage and screen and showcases musical theatre anthems and classic songs that have shaped her illustrious career.
Directed by Michael Gracey and choreographed by Ashley Wallen, The Showgirl Within features an ensemble of dancers and Caroline's own on-stage band led by Musical Director Daniel Edmonds.
The Showgirl Within is Caroline's first ever musical solo show in the West End and will play for a strictly limited season at the Garrick Theatre from September 27.
Caroline will perform at the BBC Proms Sondheim at 80 celebration at London's Royal Albert Hall on July 31.
Marking the 80th birthday of one of Broadway's great innovators, this stellar evening will feature leading opera and theatre figures performing Stephen Sondheim classics from shows such as Follies, Into the Woods, A Little Night Music, Company and Sweeney Todd.
Stephen Sondheim will be in attendance for this very special birthday celebration.
BBC Prom 19: Sondheim at 80 will be broadcast live on BBC Radio 3 and BBC Two television at 8pm on July 31.
Caroline has taken out the 2010 Australian Dance Award for Outstanding Performance in a Stage Musical for her role as Velma Kelly in Chicago.
In awarding this year's prize, Ausdance recognised Caroline - "For her brilliant characterisation, gorgeous dancing, terrific singing and incredible energy - an Australian icon."
This is the second time Caroline has been awarded an Australian Dance Award in this category, having previously won in 1999 for Chicago.
